Key Initiatives

Small Business Support Hub Program in 2022 OCEA was awarded a Small Business Support Hub Grant to expand our coverage area and to dedicated time, resources and programming to support Small Businesses in Otsego, Montmorency, Roscommon, Oscoda, Crawford and Ogemaw Counties. Through this grant OCEA has managed to impact over 130 unique small businesses, granted $426,000 and helped connect businesses through programming and educational initiatives.

Partnerships

Through the Small Business Support Hub Grant we are partnered with the Michigan Small Business Development Center (MI SBDC) to bring dedicated no-cost confidential business consulting to our impact region.
