The Northern Michigan Chamber Alliance released its first quarterly report of the year covering the months of January-March. The Alliance focused its work in the first quarter on advocating for amendments to the Michigan Earned Sick Time Act (ESTA) and preserving the tipped wage credit. The Alliance also welcomed a new Vice Chair, Christopher Germain of the Lake Superior Community Partnership, and the Manistee Area Chamber of Commerce’s new President and CEO, Carmen Kott, to the Alliance’s leadership team.
