The Northern Michigan Chamber Alliance released its second quarterly report of the year covering the months of April-June. The Alliance spent the spring advocating in Lansing for continued funding for the new Rural Readiness Grant Program from the Office of Rural Prosperity.
Later in the quarter, the Alliance traveled to the Mackinac Policy Conference to discuss important economic development issues with business and government leaders, including Governor Whitmer.
