The Northern Michigan Chamber Alliance continues its advocacy efforts to amend the Earned Sick Time (ESTA) and Minimum Wage Increase laws as the February 21, 2025 implementation date approaches.
However, to support northern Michigan’s small businesses, the Alliance assembled resources, templates, and other information to ensure compliance with the laws as currently written.
